To the extent Diadem Transport LLC receives, transports, or otherwise handles materials that may contain Protected Health Information (PHI), such information will be treated as confidential and safeguarded using reasonable administrative, physical, and operational security measures.

 

Regulatory Compliance
 

Where applicable, Diadem Transport LLC will comply with applicable federal and state privacy, transportation, and confidentiality requirements governing the transportation of medical specimens, laboratory materials, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare-related shipments.

• Proper packaging and labeling of shipments

• Compliance with applicable healthcare regulations

Workforce Confidentiality
 

Employees, contractors, and agents of Diadem Transport LLC who handle medical shipments may be required to complete confidentiality training and may be subject to confidentiality obligations as a condition of service.

 

Limitation
 

This statement provides general information regarding our confidentiality practices and does not create contractual obligations beyond those contained within separately executed service agreements, transportation agreements, or Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), where applicable.
